Bread Street Kitchen - Gordon Ramsay's First Restaurant in Singapore

Bread Street Kitchen is a restaurant by Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay. It is modeled after its counterpart in London, set in an industrial warehouse concept dining and bar. Located at Marina Bay Sands, it serves British European menu including Gordon Ramsay's signature dishes such as 'Fish & Chips' and 'Shepherd's Pie', while its diners enjoy the stunning view of the Marina Bay waterfront.

Starters

Tamarind spiced chicken wings, spring onions, coriander. ($18++) Finger licking good crispy fried chicken wings with sweet and spicy sauce. Leaves you wanting for more.

Seared salmon, soy dressing, nori crisps, mango, coriander. ($19++) Another great starter dish, fresh salmon topped with coriander leaves.

Sides

Onion rings. (12++) A common dish found in the United Kingdom, this huge onion rings are larger than usual.

Mains

Traditional fish & chips, crushed peas, tartar sauce. ($29++). One of the restaurant's signature dish, this is a standard dish to order when you visit Bread Street Kitchen. The thick crust is slightly greasy, but compensated by the freshness of the fish. Served with extra thick fries, this dish is highly addictive and certainly one of your many unhealthy indulgences.

Slow-roasted Dingley Dell pork belly, spiced apple purée. ($29++) Another one of my favorite dish form the restaurant. High quality roasted pork belly cooked to its perfection. Melts in your mouth as you eat. Accompanied by a smooth and creamy puree.

Desserts

There quite a few selection of desserts available. However as a chocolate lover, I only chose these two. Both are equally good and delicious and there is no other way to end your meal. Chocolate fondant with salted caramel, mint chocolate chip ice cream. ($20++). Banana sticky toffee pudding, muscovado caramel, clotted cream. ($18++)

A lively restaurant with friendly and engaging waiters, Bread Street Kitchen certainly lives up to its name as a restaurant by Gordon Ramsay. With great food at affordable prices, Bread Street Kitchen is definitely a restaurant worth visiting to!
